Aginera

Aginera reads construction drawing sets (PDF, DWG, DXF) and gives Claude structured construction data to reason over.

Takeoffs: run a quantity takeoff on a drawing set for electrical, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, fire protection or process scope — or read the takeoffs you already ran in the Aginera web app. Aginera classifies every sheet, extracts items with page-level evidence, measures routed runs (conduit, feeders, cable tray, duct, pipe) and reads panel, fixture and equipment schedules. Claude can filter and total the results, review items (accept, reject or override a quantity — the extracted value is always preserved) and export to CSV, Excel or JSON.

PDF to CAD: convert a PDF drawing — including scanned drawings traced from the image — into editable CAD geometry on separate layers. The DXF of every sheet is free (with an aginera.ai watermark layer on free accounts); a clean native AutoCAD DWG is $2 per drawing, paid from the account's credits or through a checkout link the user completes.

Everything runs on the user's own Aginera account and organization, signed in with OAuth. Billable actions (takeoffs, the clean DWG) use the account's credits exactly as the same click in the web app would, are annotated so Claude asks before spending, and Claude never completes a payment for the user.

Good for MEP estimators, contractors and subcontractors preparing bids, and for anyone who needs a PDF drawing as editable CAD without owning AutoCAD.
