Anota

anota is an online form builder that you can run entirely from a conversation with Claude. Describe the form you need, and Claude builds it, adds the logic, publishes it, and brings back the responses. You never have to open an editor.

What you can do with anota in Claude

• Create forms from one sentence or a template. Choose from 25+ field types, including signatures, products with prices, and multi-page layouts. You can also start from more than 4,000 templates for contact forms, job applications, event sign-ups, patient intake, orders, and more.
• Add conditional logic. Show or hide fields, skip pages, calculate totals and quotes, and send email alerts based on answers. Rules run live as people type and are checked again on the server.
• Publish and share. Every form gets a public link right away, with your logo, colors, and fonts.
• Work with submissions. List, filter, and read responses, change their status, see response stats, and attach a PDF template so each submission gets a clean PDF copy.
• Email the right people. Send every response to up to 10 addresses per notification, with an optional PDF copy.
• Automate. Send every response to your own app with signed webhooks.
• Build from your code. In Claude Code, you can generate forms from a spec file in your repository.
