Belegbote

Belegbote is an inbox and outbox for electronic invoices on the Peppol network. This connector gives Claude access to the Belegbote account you connect during sign-in, so you can work with your e-invoices in conversation.

Read your inbox: list received invoices and credit notes across the inbox, archive and trash folders, filter by unread status or document date, and search by sender or document number. Open a single document to see its details, the invoice XML, or short-lived download links for the original file and a rendered PDF. Documents stay unread unless you explicitly ask to mark them as read.

Send e-invoices: hand over an e-invoice XML, and Belegbote validates it and delivers it through Peppol. The recipient can be given as a Peppol ID or a VAT number or be taken from the buyer's electronic address in the document.

Check recipients: find out whether a company is reachable on Peppol, optionally for a specific document type, or search the public Peppol directory by company name and country.

Every connection is limited to one Belegbote account and can be disconnected in the Belegbote settings at any time.
