Bite

Bite is where home cooks keep the recipes they love, saved from Instagram, TikTok, food blogs, photos and friends. The Bite connector brings that library into Claude, so you can talk through dinner with an assistant that knows what you like to cook.

What you can do:

• Never lose a recipe. "Save this to Bite." Any recipe from your chat goes into your Bite recipe box: one Claude came up with, one you pasted, or a photo of a cookbook page.
• Plan your week. "Plan my dinners Monday to Friday from my favorites, nothing over 45 minutes." Claude fills in your Bite meal plan.
• Build your shopping list. "Make me a shopping list for this week." Bite builds it from your meal plan, ready to paste into Instacart or any grocery app.
• Cook what you have. "What can I make with chicken, rice and spinach?" Claude searches everything you've saved, created and cooked.
• Discover recipes. "Find a popular banana bread on Bite." Claude searches public recipes from the Bite community, most loved first.
• Fix a recipe. "Make my chili recipe dairy-free." Claude updates the recipe in Bite. It only edits recipes you created.
• Import from a link: most food blogs, Instagram and TikTok.
• Also: create collections, favorite recipes, leave yourself private notes and mark what you cooked.

Private and in your control:

• Recipes saved from chat are private. Without an approved photo, they're saved as drafts until you add one in Bite.
• Photos from links go through the same safety check as photos uploaded in the app.
• Claude can't delete anything, edit other people's recipes, change a recipe's privacy, post reviews or follow people.
• It can't see your email, password, payment details or anyone else's private recipes.
• Disconnect anytime at biterecipes.co → Settings → Connected apps.
