Bootcamp Tracker

Bootcamp Tracker is used by personal trainers and small clubs to run group classes: groups, students with class packs, sessions, attendance and payments.

With this connector a trainer can ask Claude who is coming to tonight's session, who needs to renew a class pack, what their week looks like, or how many classes a student has left.

With the trainer's approval, Claude can also take attendance (deducting classes), add or remove classes, record payments, create, edit or reschedule sessions, add students to a session or promote them from the waitlist, add new students and post announcements to a group.

Safety built in:

• Every change made through Claude can be undone for 24 hours (undo_change), and recent_changes lists them.
• Students' emails and phone numbers are never sent to Claude.
• Access is granted per trainer on a consent screen (read, or read and write) and can be revoked at any time in Security > Connected apps, with immediate effect.
• Reading works on every plan; changes require a paid Bootcamp Tracker plan.

Set-up: connect, sign in with the one-time code sent to your email, and approve access. Data is hosted in the EU.
