CitySignal

CitySignal is a live city layer for Atlanta. It reads the official feeds (Georgia 511, the National Weather Service, Georgia Power, Atlanta Watershed, MARTA, the airport), fuses them into one set of signals with stable ids, and keeps them current with expiry rules, so "what is live right now" is a real answer rather than a pile of pages. It also remembers: how this week compares with last, where incidents concentrated, and why an unusual week was unusual.

City tools need no account: what is happening now (bucketed into now, ongoing, ahead and recap), what is live near a point, this week against last week, upcoming events and games, and one signal in full.

With a person's consent, seven personal tools read their own CitySignal: which account is connected, what is live near their saved spots, today's written brief, each saved route's state, errands that fit a trip they already make, their shopping list as priced at their home Kroger, and their spots and routes by part of town.

Two Circle tools answer "what does everyone need" and "is anyone already going somewhere that fits my errands". A person in your Circle appears only after they turn on assistant access for you on their own Circle page, and only with what they already share with you in the app: their trips and list, never their location. These tools need a separate Circle permission, granted in its own consent step.

Everything is read-only. Claude can never add, change or delete anything and never sees a street address. Atlanta today; every request names the city, so coverage grows without changing the interface.
