Club Planner

Connect Club Planner to see how your fitness, wellness or sports club is doing, in plain language. Ask how many active members you have, which members have not visited in three weeks, how full last Tuesday's classes were, what August's revenue was per revenue group, which invoices are still open or which leads need a follow-up. Claude answers with live data from your own Club Planner platform.

What you can ask about:

• Members: search members, member profiles with memberships and visits, member counts per status
• Visits: check-ins per period or per member, and the number of different visitors
• Planner: classes and rooms, occupancy, reservations and waiting lists
• Finance: revenue per revenue group, VAT rate and payment method (the same figures as the Club Planner revenue report), invoices and credit notes
• Sales and staff: leads and their follow-up status, the staff schedule, and membership trends such as joiners and leavers

How it works: when you connect, you enter the address of your Club Planner platform and sign in there with your own staff account. You only see what your role allows in Club Planner, and only for the clubs you have access to. The connection is read only: it cannot change, delete or send anything. Bank account numbers, card numbers, health data and dates of birth are never shared.

Your club stays in control: an administrator switches AI connections on for the platform, sees every connected app and its most recent requests, and can revoke a connection at any time.
