Consulting OS

Consulting OS gives Claude a library of 51 consulting methods, written by Jonathan Chan of AI Never Sleeps for consultants, operators and anyone who has to turn a messy problem into a clear recommendation.

Each method is a full playbook: when to use it, the steps, worked examples and the checks to run before anything reaches a client. The library covers problem solving (hypothesis trees, issue analysis, getting to the so-what), research and analytics, financial analysis and valuation, storylining and slides, client delivery, and AI workflows such as de-identifying client material and verifying every number.

Ask Claude to use Consulting OS for a task, or name a method. Claude lists the methods, picks the right one and follows it step by step.

The methods are served live, so when a method is updated (for example after a new model release), you get the new version on your next request. Nothing to reinstall.

The connector is read-only. It receives method names and search words, plus your sign-in email to check your membership. Your documents and conversations stay in Claude.
