- Day Off connects using your own Day Off account, so it can only see and do what your role in Day Off already allows. It can read your leave balances and entitlements, your leave requests and their approval history, your team and your colleagues' scheduled absences, company holidays and work schedules, and your own projects, timers and tracked time. If you hold an HR or admin role, it can also read your company's employee directory and run company-wide leave, time and attendance reports. Acting on your behalf, it can submit and cancel your own leave requests, approve or reject requests awaiting your approval, clock in and out, start and stop breaks and timers, and create, edit or delete your own time records. Claude asks you to confirm each of these before it happens. Your Day Off password is never shared with Claude, and no copy of your leave or timesheet data is kept by the connector.
