Connect Dayforce to Claude to give your organization governed access to Dayforce in the flow of work:

• Employees get instant self-service answers. Dayforce in Claude answers their questions about time-away balances, upcoming time off and company holidays straight away, so they can plan and book leave without waiting on HR.
• HR improves self service and handles fewer routine requests. Time-off questions are answered from the organization’s actual Dayforce setup, which cuts ticket volume and gives HR more time for strategic work.
• Administrators understand their configuration in plain language. They can see how accrual rules, carry-overs and balance cascades fit together, making it easier to explain and adjust Dayforce configurations.

New capabilities will reach Claude through the connector you already have in place, with no new setup for users. Your employees will be able to complete common tasks; managers will gain the insights they need to run their teams; and HR will be able to run end-to-end processes, from recruiting to year-end, in one conversation, while putting safety and compliance first.

The connector signs in with each person’s own Dayforce account and follows the roles, permissions and constraints already configured in Dayforce. Changes to workforce data require validation and explicit human confirmation before they are completed.

Your organization must be a Dayforce customer, and a Dayforce administrator must enable the connector. Which capabilities are available depends on your organization’s entitlements and configuration.
