Diopter AI

Diopter checks whether an image, video, or audio clip was made or altered with generative AI. Share a link to the media in a Claude conversation and ask whether it is real; Diopter downloads the file, runs its deepfake detection models, and returns a verdict with a confidence score and a link to the full report in your Diopter dashboard. Longer videos may take a moment — Claude can check back on a pending result by its request ID.

Use it to vet viral clips before sharing them, check profile photos and voice notes in fraud or impersonation cases, or screen media in trust-and-safety and newsroom workflows. Every scan is saved to your Diopter account so you can review the evidence later.
