Dopia

Dopia is a proactive revenue system helping teams know who to contact, who's waiting, how far to the revenue goal. It builds customer memories across emails, meetings and DMs for every customer you have reached. And our agents proactively file every email and meeting under the right customer, so your companies, contacts and deals stay current without manual maintenance.

The Dopia connector brings that memory into Claude:

• Look things up across your workspace — a person, a company, a deal — by name, email, domain or topic.
• Ask questions of your pipeline: counts, totals and averages by stage, owner or any field, per currency.
• Write back: add companies and contacts, or update a deal. New records deduplicate on email, phone and web or LinkedIn URL, and anything that would overwrite an existing value comes back to you for confirmation first.
• Save finished work as an artifact: a structured page in your Dopia library that stays private until you choose to share it on a link — and read those pages back later, so a list saved last week can become records today.

The connector works on records and artifacts only. It cannot send email, contact anyone, delete records, change your tables, or read mailboxes or meeting recordings.
