Emporiqa

Emporiqa is an AI shop assistant for e-commerce stores. In the chat on the store it finds products in the store's own catalog, compares them, adds to cart, answers from the store's pages and shows order status, and the store's team can take over any conversation.

This connector lets a store owner set Emporiqa up and check on it from Claude.

What you can ask:

• Create a store. It starts with $25 of free signup credit, about 100 conversations, and needs no card.
• Set it up before it goes live: brand colours and button position, header title, a greeting and starter questions in each language your shoppers write in, tone and wording, add to cart, and the website allowed to show the chat. Then: welcome and goodbye popups, voice (it costs $0.15 more per voice conversation, so Claude asks first), ratings, shopper photos, suggested replies and the countries you sell to. Claude proposes the wording and saves once you agree.
• The install steps for your shop. WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento and Shopware connect with one click from the Emporiqa plugin; Drupal Commerce, Sylius and custom shops get their own steps.
• Where each store stands: not connected, linked but nothing arrived, catalog arriving, live, or paused for billing and why.
• How each store is doing: conversations, cart adds, orders and revenue from the chat, and handoffs for today and the last 7 days, plus credit left and spend against your monthly limit.

Once the chat is live on your shop, Claude no longer changes its settings: you change them on the dashboard, and Claude helps with the wording and links the right page. Every setup is recorded in the store's activity log. It never sees conversations or anything about your shoppers, cannot change billing, delete anything or manage your team.

You sign in to Emporiqa and approve the connection on a page that lists what Claude can and cannot do. Disconnect it any time from Profile > Connected apps.
