engman is where engineering leaders (CTOs, heads of engineering, engineering managers) keep 1:1s, feedback and career plans for the people they manage. Connect it to Claude to ask about your org: who reports to whom, your teams, and when each 1:1 happened. Claude can also draft new people, 1:1s, feedback and career plans, but it never edits a record directly: everything it writes arrives as a proposal you review and confirm in the engman web app. Claude sees names, teams, dates and statuses, never what was written in a 1:1 or a feedback entry. engman never rates, ranks or scores people. Visibility follows your chain of command, and you can disconnect Claude any time from Connected agents.
