HeatPump AI gives Claude reliable, manual-grounded answers about heat pumps: air-to-air and exhaust-air units from 12 brands (32 model families), including Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, NIBE, Daikin, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Bosch and ComfortZone.

What you can ask

• "My Panasonic HZ shows F 11. What does it mean?"
• "The outdoor unit is blinking twice. Which fault is that?"
• "How often should I clean the filter?"

Tools (all read-only, no account needed)

• list_families: the brands and model families covered. Claude calls it first.
• lookup_error_code: an exact lookup of a fault code in the family's parsed error-code table. It also handles named alarms printed in the manual's own language, such as ComfortZone's Swedish alarm names. There is no fuzzy matching: an unknown code is reported as unknown, never replaced with a similar-looking one.
• list_error_codes: every fault identifier the manual documents, so Claude can match what the user describes to the right one.
• list_blink_codes: LED and lamp blink patterns, separating patterns that identify a single fault from shared ones.
• search_manual and read_manual_section: keyword search over owner-manual sections, and each section's summary and key facts. Search works in English, Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish.

Safety first When a fault needs a certified technician (refrigerant, electrical or other regulated work), the tools say so explicitly and give no repair steps. That follows the EU F-gas rules, so Claude routes the user to a professional instead of improvising.

Grounded, not generated Answers come from structured data extracted from official manufacturer manuals, written in our own words, with a link to the manufacturer's own PDF where one exists. Lookups are deterministic: the same code always gives the same answer.
