Femas HR AI connect

Femas HR connects Claude to your organization's Femas HR system, so employees and HR teams get answers straight from live HR records — just by asking in natural language.

Ask about people and rosters (active, resigned, unpaid leave), personnel and department changes, and organizational master data (companies, categories, titles, grades, cost centers, countries). Check attendance details and raw clock records, leave and overtime, shift schedules, and holiday calendars. Look up payroll-related data such as pay slips, salary structure, payment methods, and accounting vouchers. Whether it's "How much overtime did I log this month?", pulling a department roster, or reviewing a pay slip, the answer comes back in seconds — no HR console required.

The connector is strictly read-only: it cannot create, modify, delete, or submit anything in your HR system, and it cannot fill in or send forms on your behalf. Each user signs in with their own Femas account, and what they can retrieve is always bounded by the permissions they already hold — connecting never widens what anyone is allowed to see. Sensitive fields are masked according to your organization's policy before any data reaches the AI, and payroll and salary lookups additionally require a specific employee identifier.

Femas HR is multi-tenant: one connector serves multiple companies, each isolated by tenant, so a user only ever reaches their own organization's data.

Requires a Femas account with API access enabled. Ask your Femas administrator to enable the connector for your organization before connecting.
