Firmao

Firmao is an all-in-one CRM and ERP platform used by small and medium companies to run sales, invoicing, tasks and customer relationships in a one system.

Firmao connector gives Claude secure, read-only access to the data your team already keeps in Firmao, so you can ask questions in plain language instead of clicking through modules and filters.

With the connector enabled, Claude can: look up customers with the full history of the relationship review opportunities, offers and orders, and summarise pipeline status check invoices, payments and outstanding balances read tasks, projects, comments and schedules to see what the team is working on pull figures from reports for comparisons and summaries

Typical uses: start the day with a complete summary, prepare for a client meeting in seconds, review which sales opportunities need attention this week, compare results between periods, spot overdue payments or draft a follow-up message based on real records.

Access is read-only. The connector never creates, edits or deletes anything in Firmao and it follows the permissions of the connected user, so Claude sees only the data that person can already access in the system.
