Firmary

Firmary is the practice platform for accounting firms. Connect it to Claude and work with your firm's clients, documents, billing, and deadlines from a conversation, as yourself and within the access your firm allows.

Ask Claude which clients still owe documents for their return, what is overdue on your team's work queue, which invoices are past due, or what changed on a client since last week. Summarize a client's history before a call, review signature and proposal status, or pull an A/R aging, WIP, or realization report. Export tasks, clients, or time entries to CSV.

When you ask, Claude can also do the work: create and assign tasks, request documents, draft and send invoices and reminders, message clients, send signature requests, book appointments, log time, and assign tax organizers.

Built for firm data from the start:

• Reading and changing data use separate tools. Lookups never change anything, and every change is approved in Claude's own confirmation prompt before it runs.
• Critical actions (voids, payments, security, roles and staff access, credentials, deletions) also require approval on a Firmary page. Refunds are never available through Claude.
• Claude only sees what your Firmary account can see, limited further by your firm's AI app settings. Firm administrators choose which apps are allowed, what each can do, and can suspend or revoke any connection at any time.
• Every change made through Claude is recorded in your firm's audit log.
