Fit Cut Pro turns a trainer's workout plan and their own exercise clips into a finished, branded workout video: timers, beeps, exercise labels, rest screens, opener and ending, all in the trainer's look.
With the connector, Claude works inside your Fit Cut Pro account:
- Search your exercise clip library (and Fit Cut Pro's demo clips) and see which exercises have a clip.
- Create and update workouts block by block: exercises, work and rest seconds, rounds, supersets and AMRAP blocks. Duration is computed for you.
- Render a workout into an MP4 on Fit Cut Pro's servers (landscape, square or portrait, 720p to 4K, optional licensed music) and get the download link in the chat. Videos are also saved in your account.
- Set your design defaults: theme color, timer style, font, labels, opener and ending animations.
- Check your plan and how many videos you have left.
