Connect your Fitzap account to let Claude work with your synced training and nutrition data.

Training: review completed gym, indoor cardio and GPS cardio sessions, logged sets, personal records, exercise history, weekly training summaries, your stored weekly coach report, and app-computed recovery, volume and strain metrics.

Nutrition: compare consumed calories and macros (daily or weekly totals) with synced energy-expenditure estimates and your saved nutrition goals.

Workouts: create and revise pending workout drafts that you review and save in Fitzap workout, or edit a saved workout after you approve the exact changes. Completed history is never edited.

Recipes: send a recipe to Fitzap nutrition, read and edit recipes with your approval, or publish a recipe import link that anyone with the link can open for 24 hours.

Nutrition goals: read the daily goals Fitzap nutrition is using and, after you approve the exact numbers, queue new goals that the app applies the next time it opens.

Requirements: an existing Fitzap account with Fitzap Pro. Training tools use cloud-synced data; nutrition totals need Fitzap nutrition cloud backup on the same account. Connecting does not turn on sync, and cloud data may lag your devices.

Sign in on fitzapapps.com with a one-time code sent to your email; you never share passwords in chat. Disconnect at any time in Fitzap workout under Settings → AI assistants. The connector cannot log or delete completed sessions, access exact GPS coordinates, or give medical advice. Nutrition and energy figures are estimates.
