Flow State is a planning and productivity app: your to-do list, weekly priorities, projects, meetings, and emails in one place, so you stay organized and your week reflects what matters most. This connector lets Claude work with your Flow State account directly.
With it, Claude can:
- Add, check off, reschedule and search the to-dos in your task list, including recurring tasks.
- Read and adjust your weekly priorities and projects.
- See the calendar meetings Flow State has synced, upcoming and past, with their prep, and the recaps and coaching of meetings you transcribe with Flow State; update meeting prep and recap text, turn a recap action item into a task, and hide a meeting from your upcoming meetings and from Claude.
- Look things up in your Context Library and add notes to it.
- Read your planning profile and settings, and preview your saved workflows.
You stay in control. You connect by signing in to Flow State and clicking Allow, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings ‚Üí Integrations. Read-only tools are marked as such; tools that delete, hide or overwrite are marked destructive, so Claude asks before using them by default. Deleting through Claude is recoverable: tasks go to the Trash for 30 days, projects and weekly priorities are archived, hidden meetings keep their prep, recap and coaching, and Context Library items can be restored by Flow State support for 30 days. Stopping a recurring task is final.
Claude cannot read or send email or invitations; email triage happens inside the Flow State app. Editing a recap never emails it: Flow State asks you to review or confirm an AI-edited recap before an email of it goes out. Meeting transcripts and recordings stay on your computer and are not shared with Claude.
Flow State only sends data to Claude in response to Claude's requests on your behalf. Access tokens expire after an hour and refresh tokens rotate on every use.
