Fond

Fond shows how AI assistants answer questions in your market: which brands they mention, which sources they cite, where brands appear in each answer, and how those results change over time.

Connect Fond to Claude to investigate questions such as:

• "Why did my visibility drop this week?"
• "Which articles cite my competitors but not me?"
• "Where am I losing share of voice, and which competitors are gaining?"
• "What should I work on next?"

Depending on the data available in your Fond account, Claude can help you explore:

• Your visibility across AI assistants, including mentions, brand position, sentiment, feed quality, and historical trends.
• Your share of voice across competitors, markets, and search intent.
• Citation gaps and the sources influencing AI answers.
• Changes in competitor visibility, rank, mentions, and sentiment.
• Recommended actions supported by evidence from your Fond data.

Fond identifies the measurement run behind each result, so Claude can distinguish current data from stale data. If the required data is unavailable, Fond reports that instead of estimating an answer.

The connector is read-only. It cannot change your Fond account, create or delete data, or act on your behalf. You choose which organizations Claude can access when you connect Fond, and you can disconnect at any time.

A Fond account on an active plan with at least one fully configured website is required.
