formset

formset is a form builder with no form builder. Tell Claude what you need, like "a signup form for Thursday's workshop with name, email and which session", and you get a live, hosted form at a public link. Share it anywhere. People fill it in from any browser, with no account and nothing to install.

When answers come in, ask about them in the same conversation. "How did signups split between the two sessions?" gets you counts and breakdowns. "What did people say in the feedback box?" gets you the actual answers. "Send me everything as a spreadsheet" gets you a CSV download link.

What you can do:

• Create and edit forms by describing them: short and long text, email, URL, phone, number, single and multiple choice, date, rating and yes/no, with show/hide logic
• Open, close or delete a form (deleting asks you to confirm first)
• Read individual answers with filters, or get counts, distributions and averages for every question
• Export every answer as CSV, or JSON on Pro
• Get a QR code, an embed snippet for your own site, or a read-only results page to share with someone outside the conversation
• Add a banner picture to the top of a form
• Search across your forms, questions and answers

There is no dashboard and no visual editor. Creating, changing, sharing and reading a form all happen in the conversation.

Your data: formset makes no AI model calls of its own and never sends your forms or answers to a model. You sign in with Google, and formset asks only for your email address, name and profile picture, so it cannot reach your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts. Every query is scoped to your account in the database.

Free covers unlimited forms, unlimited answers within fair use, 12-month retention and CSV export. Pro removes the formset mark, adds your own colours, JSON export and retention for as long as you want.
