Guests contribute through a link or QR code, with no app download required.

- Customize the welcome message, gallery colors, and QR code appearance.
- Configure when uploads open and close, gallery visibility, automatic approval or review-first moderation, guest downloads, and guest-name settings.
- Set up photo scavenger hunts with custom prompts and timing for wedding guests, reunion activities, or corporate team building.
- Get the event’s guest link, QR code, and a direct link to manage it in Gather Shot.
- Check uploaded-media totals, pending and approved items, and contributor counts.
- Find out whether an event is configured and whether guests can upload now, later, or not yet.
