Happeo brings your company's intranet into the conversation, so you can find and act on internal knowledge without switching tools.

Ask a question and Happeo's AI search answers from your own pages, channel posts, announcements and people directory, with links back to the source. Browse page groups and handbooks, catch up on channel activity and notifications, look up colleagues by role, skill or department, and run deep multi-step research across your intranet. If your organisation has connected systems such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Slack or Notion to Happeo, you can search those from the same place.

You can also act, not just read: draft and publish a post in a channel, comment or reply on a post, start an AI-generated page, or flag a documentation gap to your docs team.

Who it's for: employees, internal communicators, and HR and IT teams at organisations that run their intranet on Happeo.

What you need: a Happeo account at an organisation with a Happeo subscription. You sign in with your own Happeo identity, and results are limited to the content your existing Happeo permissions allow — the connector never returns anything you could not already see in Happeo. Publishing actions are enabled by your Happeo administrator, and Google Drive and OneDrive search additionally require you to connect that account in your Happeo profile settings.
