How2MapIt

How2MapIt is a company's intelligent operations manual: its documented business processes, the activities in them, who does each one, and the rules, risks, controls, attachments and linked documents that govern the work.

With the How2MapIt connector, Claude can answer "how do we do this here?" from your company's own published processes and link you straight to the source. It can tell you which processes you take part in, what is waiting for your confirmation, and what changed in a process recently. If you may view attestation records and your admin allows it, Claude can also report who has confirmed which process. If you're allowed to edit, Claude can draft a new process or prepare changes to an existing one.

Claude works as you. You sign in to How2MapIt, choose one company, and Claude sees only what you can see there. It creates drafts and edits working copies under your name, and these wait for the normal review and publishing in How2MapIt. With the Power user licence it can also keep your personal processes (your own way of doing work no company process covers) and attach a file to one when you ask. It can't publish, submit for review, delete a process, or change who has access. Creating or editing needs a separate approval the first time Claude tries.

You can disconnect at any time from Connected apps in How2MapIt, and a company admin can switch AI apps off for the whole company. How2MapIt keeps a 90-day record of what AI apps read for you.

Requires a How2MapIt account in a company where AI apps are switched on (the default).
