Key connects travellers with vetted local experts for a 30-minute video call. During the call you and your expert build a shared desk of places to see, eat and stay. This connector brings that desk into Claude, so you can plan around it.

Once connected, Claude can:

  • List your Key trips: the expert, the city and the date.
  • Read the places on each trip's desk, with the notes you and your expert added.
  • Help you find nearby places.
  • Find Key experts for a city and link you to book a call on key.new.

It only reads. It never receives call recordings or transcripts, and it cannot change your desk or your account or pay for anything. You can disconnect it at any time from My bookings on key.new.

You need a Key account with a password. Your trips appear once you have booked a call.
