KROS

KROS connects Claude to KROS Fakturácia, invoicing software used by Slovak businesses. Ask about your invoices in plain language and Claude finds, summarizes and analyzes them, or prepares a new invoice for you to confirm.

What you can do:

• See which KROS companies Claude can access
• List issued invoices and find unpaid or overdue ones
• Get invoice details, including line items, VAT breakdown, payments and totals
• Create a new issued invoice from your instructions

Tools:

• list_companies: companies you selected when connecting
• list_invoices: issued invoices of a company
• get_invoice: details of one invoice
• create_invoice: creates a new issued invoice (marked as destructive, so Claude asks for your approval each time)

Requirements:

• A KROS Fakturácia account with the API connection enabled
• You sign in with your KROS account and choose which companies Claude may access. Access can be revoked at any time by deleting the API connection in KROS.

Good to know:

• This is a BETA version.
• Invoices created through the connector are real documents in your KROS Fakturácia. They cannot be edited, cancelled or deleted through the connector; make corrections directly in KROS.
• Invoice creation is asynchronous and may take a moment to appear. Do not repeat the request, or a duplicate invoice may be created.
• Not supported yet: creating credit notes, recording payments, received invoices, expenses and stock.
• KROS Fakturácia data is in Slovak.
