LeapMemory gives Claude long-term memory. Facts you share are saved, distilled, and recalled in any future conversation, with each user's memory stored in its own isolated database. Everything is kept in your exact words, and nothing you save ever expires.

Memory briefing loads your background when a conversation starts, Memory recall finds relevant facts and their original wording, and Memory save keeps new facts as you share them. You can also set standing rules for how Claude works with you, and list or update them any time. Recall is free and unlimited. You can view and delete everything stored in the LeapMemory app at any time.

Works across chats: tell Claude something once, and it is known in every future conversation.

Install

claude mcp add --transport http --scope user LM https://api.leapmemory.com/mcp

Then run /mcp inside a Claude Code session and click Allow in the browser sign-in that opens. To have Claude use your memory automatically, paste an instruction preset from https://leapmemory.com/docs/connect-claude into ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md.

LeapMemory reads and writes only within your LeapMemory account. It can load your background briefing, search your saved memories, save new facts you share, and add or update your standing rules. It cannot access your files, email, calendar, or any other service, and it never deletes anything; you view and delete memories and rules yourself in the LeapMemory app.
