The cheapest ticket is not always the cheapest trip, and the same hotel room is not the same price everywhere. LetsFG checks before you pay, then books your flight or your hotel for you.
Hotels: the same room, for less. In our last check of 15 well-known hotels in Paris and New York against a major booking site (same dates, same guests, taxes included), LetsFG was cheaper on all 15, typically by 20%. Photos, reviews, breakfast, free cancellation and the total you pay.
Flights: ask Claude in plain words. LetsFG then: 1. Searches every airline in the world, low-cost carriers included, plus the major booking sites and travel agencies. 2. Opens the map: every airport in both cities, and split tickets when two one-ways beat a return. 3. Prices the whole trip: bags, airport transfers and Uber into the city, so a cheap flight to the wrong airport does not fool you. 4. Checks the flight's history: its on-time record over its last 14 departures and how often it is cancelled. 5. Hands you three picks instead of three hundred: best overall, most convenient, cheapest, each with the reason.
Booking: you press Approve in one e-mail, and a LetsFG booking agent buys the ticket or room in your name and sends the confirmation. Flights and hotels are separate bookings, not a package: after you book one, the other can be booked 24 hours later. LetsFG tracks delays and cancellations, sends rebooking options and checks your compensation.

Your money:
- The price shown is the total you pay.
- Nothing is booked without your Approve click in an e-mail from LetsFG.
- Your card is charged only once the booking is confirmed. If a price changes, LetsFG asks first.
- Payment runs on letsfg.co, outside the chat. Neither Claude nor LetsFG sees your card details.

- Searches flights and hotels for you. When you ask it to book, you get an email approval after which booking of flights and hotel rooms happens on your LetsFG account: each booking waits for your one-click approval in an e-mail, and the price is held on the card you saved on letsfg.co and only taken once the booking is confirmed. It reads and updates the traveller details and travel preferences saved on your LetsFG account. It can replace or remove your saved card only through a link or approval sent to your e-mail. It never sees your card details and never reads your chats.
