Levels.fyi has pay data from more than 1 million salaries that people shared, across 100+ roles and thousands of companies. This connector gives Claude that data on the free tier.
What you can do:
- See what a company pays at each of its own levels, such as Google L5 or Meta E5.
- Get pay percentiles for a role in a city or country.
- Evaluate a job offer, or compare offers, against real pay data.
- Benchmark your own pay, a raise or a promotion.
- Compare vesting schedules across companies.
- Search open jobs with their pay ranges.
- Add your own salary or offer to Levels.fyi.
- Report wrong or missing data.
Sign-in: you don't need an account to ask questions or to add a salary. Adding a salary asks for an email to verify it. Sign in with a free Levels.fyi account to read your profile or upload a resume. Claude asks you to connect only when you use those tools.
Data: Claude sends the companies, roles, levels and locations you ask about. It sends personal information only when you choose to: a salary you add, your email if you add one without signing in, or a resume you upload. Levels.fyi handles this data under its privacy policy.
Pay figures are in USD and cover the last 12 months unless stated. The free tier limits result sizes and allows 20 calls a minute without sign-in, or 60 signed in.
