Momentum is a life assistant for iPhone and Mac that helps you take back control of your day: a smart to-do list, focus sessions, screen-time tracking and app blocking.
This connector links your Momentum account to Claude. Once connected, you can ask Claude in any conversation:
- "What do I have to do today?" or "List my tasks for the week."
- "Add 'review chapter 3' tomorrow at 6 pm."
- "Schedule a 45-minute workout every Monday and Thursday at 6:30 pm."
Claude reads your tasks, shows you a summary of what it intends to create, and creates the task only after you confirm. The task then appears on your iPhone and your Mac like any Momentum task.
What Claude can read: your display name, your time zone and your tasks (title, date, time, recurrence, status), seven days at a time. What Claude can write: a task, after your explicit yes. Each proposal expires after 15 minutes. What stays out of reach: addictions, screen time, blocking, focus sessions and statistics. Claude cannot edit or delete existing tasks.
Requirements: a Momentum account with Momentum Pro. You connect once, on momentumapp.fr/connect, with Apple, Google or e-mail, and you can revoke access at any time from the same page or from Claude.
