Multi Mail

Connect Hotmail, Outlook.com and Live mailboxes to Claude, alongside work Microsoft 365 and several Gmail accounts - one connector, one search across all of them.

Attachments are read, not just listed. PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files and scanned pages in English reach Claude as text, long documents in parts. Ask Claude to summarise the contract in that email, check the figures on an invoice or pull a table out of a spreadsheet - nothing to download.

Multi Mail signs in to each mailbox with its own provider, so a personal Outlook.com address, a work Microsoft 365 mailbox and two Gmail accounts sit side by side, each under its own name. Every call names the mailbox it acts on, or searches all of them at once.

Ask in plain words: what needs a reply across all my inboxes this week, find the invoice my accountant sent, draft a reply from my work address. The connector searches mail, reads threads and messages, drafts new messages, replies and forwards and sends them, organises mail with labels, archive and trash, and manages filters, the vacation responder and, in Gmail, the signature.

You decide what each mailbox allows: reading, drafts, sending, organising and settings are switched on separately for every mailbox. Received and sent mail is never permanently deleted - a thread goes to the trash, where it can be restored.

Lumman keeps no copy of your mail. Messages and attachments are fetched from Microsoft or Google when Claude asks, and passed only to the AI client you approved on Lumman's own approval screen. Microsoft lists Lumman Ltd, London, as a verified publisher. Disconnect a mailbox or withdraw an approval at any time at lumman.co/mcp.

Two mailboxes are free; each further mailbox is paid monthly or yearly. Microsoft accounts connect without limit; Gmail has limited room until Google completes its review of Lumman.
