Nakarti — Italian property insights

Nakarti is a map for people choosing where in Italy to live or buy. Ask your assistant about a town, an address or a listing you saved, and it answers from the same open data Nakarti shows on its map: flood exposure, earthquake, landslide, avalanche and wildfire hazard, summer heat and winter cold, rainfall and snow, tap-water and groundwater quality, crime, tourism pressure, population trend, income, new construction, and special tax regimes for newcomers and pensioners. Every reading comes with its scope (comune, province, 10 km grid, mapped area), units and source, and a link that opens that exact spot on the map.

Tools

• Location insights (read-only): a verdict — watch out, strengths, not assessed — plus grouped readings for a coordinate, an Italian place name or one of your saved listings. An ambiguous place returns candidates instead of a guess.
• Save listing: adds a listing from a supported property portal, such as Idealista or Immobiliare.it, to your Nakarti map. When the assistant can read the listing page, it passes the title, price and location; with only a link, the listing waits for your Nakarti browser extension to fill in details.
• List listings (read-only): answers questions about what you saved — by group, place, price or rooms — with a map link per listing.
• Update listing: sets or clears a note, hides or shows a listing, or removes it from Nakarti.

How it works Location insights need no account. Library tools ask you to sign in with Google or Apple; the assistant sees only your library. Nakarti's servers never fetch portal pages: they store the link and the details your assistant read from a page you opened. Nakarti is not affiliated with any property portal and does not aggregate their listings.

Good to know Readings describe the surrounding area or grid, not a parcel, and are never a safety assessment; a missing reading is not an all-clear. Terrain, nearby places and rental-tax estimates are shown on the website only. Nakarti covers Italy.
