NexRex is training software for runners, running coaches and clubs. Connect your AI assistant to ask about your NexRex training: recent runs, this week's planned workouts, training load and recovery, nutrition logs and race predictions. Coaches can review the athletes and groups they coach, see who needs attention, compare performance across a group, draft a training plan to review before saving, recommend and enroll a catalog plan, and propose workout changes that apply only after their approval. Your assistant sees only what your NexRex account can see, and coaches see only what each athlete shares. Saving a plan, enrolling an athlete or applying a change always requires your explicit instruction. A NexRex account is required; sign in with it when you connect. Disconnect at any time from your assistant or in NexRex settings.
