NOTARIUS ist die cloud-native Notarsoftware für deutsche Notariate. Der Connector öffnet Claude den Zugang zu Ihrem Notariat: Akten und Beteiligte, Textbausteine und Mustertexte, Aufgaben, Formulare und Dokumente.
Statt in Masken zu suchen, fragen Sie. „Wie viele Akten haben wir diesen Monat angelegt?“ „Leg in der Akte 26-00042 eine Aufgabe an: Grundbuchauszug anfordern, fällig Freitag.“ „Such mir den Textbaustein zur Auflassungsvormerkung.“ Claude holt die Angaben direkt aus NOTARIUS und trägt auf Wunsch auch etwas ein.
Die Anmeldung läuft über den NOTARIUS-Anmeldedienst im Browser, samt zweitem Faktor, sofern eingerichtet. Beim Verbinden wählen Sie das Notariat und den Umfang — nur lesen oder lesen und bearbeiten. Die Verbindung hat höchstens die Rechte Ihres eigenen Kontos, bleibt an das gewählte Notariat gebunden, ist befristet und lässt sich in NOTARIUS jederzeit mit einem Klick trennen.
NOTARIUS wird ausschließlich in Deutschland betrieben.
Für Notariate gilt: Die Verschwiegenheitspflicht (§ 18 BNotO, § 203 StGB) bleibt Ihre Verantwortung. Die öffentliche Dokumentation nennt die Punkte, die vor dem Einsatz zu prüfen sind.
