DocPipe is an accounts-payable invoice processing service from Pycas Design Innovations. Businesses upload supplier invoices, from PDFs to phone scans; DocPipe extracts the vendor, invoice number, dates, PO number, totals and line items, checks each invoice for missing fields, totals that do not add up, duplicates, missing purchase orders and uncertain reads, and holds anything doubtful for a person to review before it is exported to CSV or QuickBooks.
This plugin lets an accounts-payable team ask about that work in chat. Connect your DocPipe account to see what is waiting in the review queue, why a particular invoice was held, the fields extracted from it, which approved invoices have not been exported yet, this month's usage, and approved-invoice totals by vendor for a date range.
Without an account, you can ask what DocPipe checks before an invoice can be exported, how pages are counted, and which plan fits a monthly invoice volume.
The connection is read-only: it never uploads, approves, corrects, exports or deletes anything, and it never shows the document files themselves.
Example prompts
- “Show my DocPipe review queue.”
- “Why was the Lakeside Electric invoice held for review?”
- “Total my approved invoices by vendor for last month.”
