InfiniteWatch brings customer interaction data and operational context from voice calls, text conversations, and web sessions directly into ChatGPT. Authorized sales, customer support, QA, CX, and operations teams can ask natural-language questions to uncover top issues, find supporting examples, analyze trends, compare channels, identify operational risks, evaluate agent performance, access relevant how-to guidance, and summarize customer interactions.
The connector uses InfiniteWatch authentication and organization selection. Each connection and tool call is scoped to the user’s selected organization, ensuring users can access only the data available to them within that organization.
The connector is read-only. It retrieves and analyzes existing InfiniteWatch data but cannot create, modify, delete, export, send, or otherwise change customer interaction data.
