JobHawk keeps track of your job search while you talk it through. When you find a posting worth keeping, ask the assistant to save it. It goes into your JobHawk tracker with the job title, company, and link, plus the location, salary range, and posting text when you share them.

From the same chat you can ask what you've applied to and see your applications grouped by status. When something changes, ask the assistant to move an application to its new status, for example from applied to interview. You can add a note to any saved application, like a recruiter's name or what they said about timing. Each note is stamped with the date and never replaces the ones before it. You can also ask what's coming up and see your scheduled interviews and follow-ups for the next week, or up to a month ahead if you ask.

JobHawk is for people in an active job search who have more open applications than they want to keep in their head.

A few limits to know about. JobHawk saves what the assistant passes along from your message. It doesn't open or read the posting page, so if you share only a link, the assistant will ask you for the job title and company. It can't delete applications, apply to jobs for you, or search job listings. Interviews and follow-up reminders are added in the JobHawk web app. In the chat you can see them but not create them.

You need a JobHawk account to save anything. Until you connect one, a save shows you a preview and stores nothing. Connecting opens a JobHawk sign-in page, where you can sign in or create an account. Everything you save here also shows up in JobHawk on the web.

Example prompts
