League & Tournament Scheduler builds game schedules for youth and adult sports leagues and tournaments. Describe your season in plain words: the dates, your fields and when they're open, your divisions and teams, and any limits, like a team that can't play Tuesdays or two teams that share a coach.
It reads every rule back to you first, so a misunderstanding gets caught before any games are placed. Then it builds the schedule and hands it to a separate checker that tests every game against every rule. A schedule is only shown as final when the checker confirms it. If the rules can't all fit, such as more games than open field times, it names the rules that collide and suggests what to change.
What it handles:
- Round robins where each pair meets 1 to 4 times
- Pool play followed by a single-elimination bracket, or a straight bracket with byes
- Several divisions sharing the same fields
- Weekly field times, tournament dates, holidays, and field closures
- Team blackout dates and days, earliest and latest start times, and shared coaches
- Games per day and per week, rest days, and time between games
- Balanced home and away games and fair early and late slots
- Mid-season changes that keep played games where they were
When you're ready to share, it publishes a link with a printable schedule, a spreadsheet download, and a calendar feed for each team.
