Prepare a draft AI use policy your nonprofit board can review. The plugin guides you through the same five decision areas as StratusLIVE’s Nonprofit AI Policy Template: organization, data, work AI may assist, human approvals, and disclosure, vendor requirements, and review.
It produces eleven policy sections, an AI tool register, draft board resolution, and ten board questions with suggested answers. The bundled generator uses fixed policy clauses and tailoring rules. Choices marked undecided remain visible as board decisions. You can revise choices and regenerate the draft.
Designed for ChatGPT Work and Codex environments that can run bundled scripts. Node.js is required for deterministic generation. Word export also requires Python and python-docx; an editable Markdown draft is available without Word export. Without script execution, the plugin can guide the questionnaire and explain the template, but cannot claim to generate the deterministic document.
No external app account or email is required. This package contains no MCP server, analytics, CRM connection, or sending tools. It asks for data categories and governance choices, not donor, client, health, payment, or employee records. ChatGPT and Codex still process the conversation under your OpenAI account’s settings.
The draft is a planning template, not legal advice or a compliance certification. Review it with counsel and the board before adoption.
