Rule Masters is a card battle game where you decide what your cards do. There's no rules text on the cards: you propose an effect, name your price, and see if your opponent agrees.
If they don't, they call the Arbiter. It rules on Objections, decides how fights turn out, and answers questions about the game. Describe what's happening or show it a photo of the cards.
