Tracy at Qode is a productivity tool for running interviews: it helps hiring teams, founders and researchers set up, send and review AI video interviews without scheduling calls. Tracy at Qode lets you set up and run one-to-one video interviews from the chat. Tracy, Qode's AI interviewer, holds a two-way, natural conversation with each participant; you decide what happens next.
Tell Tracy at Qode who you are interviewing and what you want to find out. It suggests a title, 5 to 8 questions and the fields each result should report, using one of eleven templates (first-round hiring, founder, user research, customer feedback and more) or a blank interview. You review and edit the questions in the chat, then save the interview.
When you are ready, invite participants by email or turn on an open link you can post anywhere. Tracy at Qode always shows you a preview of who will receive what before it sends anything, and acts only after you confirm. Each participant gets a private link by email from tracy@qode.world.
Ask for results at any time. For each participant you see whether they completed the interview, and their result: a summary of their answers against the fields you chose. Tracy at Qode does not score or rank people, and it never makes a decision about a participant. Review every result yourself before you act on it.
You need a Tracy at Qode account; signing in from ChatGPT the first time creates one. Tracy at Qode reads and changes only your own interviews.
Limitations: interviews and suggestions are in English only. Tracy at Qode cannot pause interviews, change notification or billing settings, or tell you when a result arrives; ask it for the latest status, or use the web app at tracy.qode.world.
