Pike

Pike is the operating system for consultancies: projects, tasks, time tracking, resourcing, customers, deals and financials in one place. The Pike connector lets Claude work with your Pike data on your behalf, using exactly the permissions you have in Pike.

What you can do:

• Delivery: list projects and phases, search tasks by project, phase, status or due date, and see who owns overdue work.
• Time: review your time entries, log time on a task, start and stop a timer. Admins and managers can see everyone's entries and approval state to chase missing timesheets.
• Resourcing: compare available and allocated hours per person for any period to find who has room for new work or who is over-allocated.
• Metrics: ask for utilization, billability, logged hours, gross margin, billing rates, cost per hour, revenue and pipeline, grouped by customer, project, team, person or period.
• Billing and sales: see unbilled billable hours per project, oldest first, and deals that are won but have no project set up yet.

• "Who has room for a three-week discovery sprint starting Monday?"
• "Which clients dropped below 30% margin this quarter?"

Permissions: the connector never bypasses Pike's access rules. Private projects stay private, guests only see what they can see in Pike, and financial figures (margins, rates, revenue, cost) are only available to admins, managers and finance. Writes are limited to logging time and stopping your own timer; the connector cannot delete anything.
