Planagram

Planagram is a social media planner and scheduler for creators, small businesses and agencies. Connect it to Claude to manage your posts by chatting.

What you can do:

• See your connected social accounts across 10 networks: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business, Threads and Bluesky.
• Ask Claude to write a post and save it as a draft, schedule it for a specific date and time, or publish it right away.
• Review what's scheduled this week or month, and see drafts, published and failed posts.
• Edit or reschedule a post that hasn't gone out yet.
• Delete drafts and scheduled posts.
• Check the details of a published post, including where it went live and any publishing errors.

• "Schedule this to my Instagram for Thursday at 9:30 AM."
• "What's scheduled for next week?"
• "Move tomorrow's LinkedIn post to Friday morning."
• "Write three posts announcing our weekend sale and save them as drafts."

Requirements: a Planagram account (free plan available) with at least one connected social account. Posts created from Claude count toward your plan's monthly post limit. You approve access on a Planagram consent screen and can disconnect anytime from Planagram settings.
