PM Career Desk

PM Career Desk gives Claude read-only tools for program and project managers, PMO leads and technical program managers (and close roles such as product manager, delivery manager, scrum master and business analyst) preparing for a job interview or a job search.

Review a resume: the whole resume is read line by line. You get up to 12 flagged lines, each with the finding and the question a hiring manager may ask.

Match a resume to a job posting: each requirement is covered, partial or a gap, with the resume lines that show it; years and budget sizes are checked too.

Check a LinkedIn profile: the headline and the About section against fixed rules, with what to look at. You write the change.

Prepare interview questions: the resume lines a hiring manager is likely to press on, each with a question that quotes your own line; the gaps of the posting as questions; behavioral questions for the role; and, for some large US employers, questions built from the principles the company publishes, with links.

Check an answer: practise one question at a time. The tool checks the structure of your answer (situation, your own action, result, a figure or a named record, length, filler words, we versus I). It never writes an answer for you.

Also: a resume line check, a title fit check and the PM Archetype test (for reflection, not a hiring assessment).

Privacy: no sign-in. Contact details are removed before the rules read the text. We do not store what you send; we count which tool was used.
