Portravo

Portravo turns construction plan PDFs into AI takeoffs: quantities by trade with confidence levels, which an estimator then reviews and prices in Portravo before exporting an Excel estimate.

With this connector Claude can identify the connected account, list your projects, read a project's plan files and extracted takeoff lines (quantities, trades, confidence and review status), list supported regional pricing markets, create a new project, attach a plan PDF, and run the initial AI takeoff. Running a takeoff uses one estimate credit from your existing balance, so Claude asks for your explicit confirmation first; retries reuse an idempotency key so a credit is never charged twice, and failed runs refund the credit. Large plan sets can be uploaded on the project page in Portravo and then run from Claude.

Quantities from Portravo are a starting point for an estimator, not a bid. Review, assembly mapping and pricing happen in Portravo, and the Excel export is only available once every line has been reviewed and the estimate is priced or final. Until then Claude returns the review link instead.
