Pumbo

Pumbo (pumbo.nl) prints and publishes books for authors and companies in the Netherlands, from a single copy to large offset runs. This connector gives Claude the same calculations as the calculator on pumbo.nl, so answers are exact instead of estimated.

What you can do:

• Print prices for paperback, hardcover and wire-o books: digital (print on demand, from 1 copy) and offset (from 400 copies), with price breaks around the requested quantity, including VAT.
• Spine width and full cover dimensions (mm and pixels at 300 dpi), and Pumbo's cover design rules for each binding, before you design or check a cover.
• ISBN barcodes as a vector EPS file, ready for the back cover.
• What an author earns per copy when publishing through Pumbo, per sales channel (Pumbo's own web shop, bookstores via CB, Bol), and e-book conversion prices and royalties.
• Book classification codes: NUR, Thema and BISAC.
• Pumbo's explanations about lead times, paper, finishing, distribution and more, plus a link to the pre-filled calculator to order.
