ReadyToTalk is an AI front office for small business: an AI receptionist answers the phone, takes messages and bookings, forwards calls and voicemails, and texts you summaries.
Connecting Claude lets it read your front office, used as you: the business and its activity, every call and its recording link, text messages, customers, the AI receptionists with their prompts and documents, call routes and their menus, phone numbers and their routing, menu audio, the dashboard and its setup tasks, and billing — subscription, credits, charges and the payment method on file. Every tool is marked read-only; a tool on a business names the business by its id, as the app does.
Changing things stays in the ReadyToTalk app: training a receptionist, editing a route or a number, buying credits, tokens and keys. Claude cannot create, change or delete anything through this connector.
Connecting signs you in with your own ReadyToTalk account, which reaches exactly the businesses it reaches in the app.
