Schulungstool.de

Schulungstool.de is training software for mandatory employee training (in German: Unterweisungen, Pflichtschulungen). It is used by HR teams, occupational safety officers and training administrators, mainly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This connector links Claude to one Schulungstool.de account, so you can manage training without opening the admin area.

What you can do:

• Find users by name, email or username and view their details, including group memberships.
• Create user accounts or invite users by email, and update their data.
• Find groups and add or remove members.
• Find courses by name or category and view course details.
• Enroll users in courses, optionally with a due date and an email notification.
• List participations by user, course or status to see who has completed which training and who is still pending.
• Check completion status and certificate availability for a participation.

Typical requests:

• "Create an account for our new employee and enroll her in the data protection training."
• "Who in the Warehouse group has not completed the fire safety training yet?"
• "Enroll everyone in the Sales group in the new compliance course, due by the end of next month"

Before you connect: You need a Schulungstool.de account and sign in as an administrator. During sign-in you choose which access rights the connection gets (users, groups, courses, participations; read or write). Claude works only within those rights, and every action appears in your account's API log.

What this connector does not do: It cannot delete users, create or edit course content, or change account settings. Use the admin area for these. The server stores no conversation data.
